MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE - This committee promotes the advantages of joining and maintaining membership with our Association. This a rewarding and enjoyable position that puts you in contact with many of the new and existing members through various retention programs.

PARADE OF HOMES COMMITTEE - This committee produces a 4-day tour showcasing the work of our builder members, their subcontractors, and suppliers around the Southwest Michigan area.

EDUCATION COMMITTEE - This committee addresses the educational needs and requirements of our members.

PUBLIC RELATIONS COMMITTEE - This committee focuses on promoting the brand of the HBASWM and our members through media messages, member communications, signage projects and other outreach methods.

Our paramount responsibility is to our customers, our community and our country.

High standards of health, safety and sanitation shall be built into every home.
Members shall deal fairly with their respective employees , subcontractors and suppliers.
As members of a progressive industry, we encourage research to develop new materials, new building techniques, new building equipment and improved methods of home financing, to the end that every home purchaser may get the greatest value possible for every dollar spent.
All sound legislative proposals affecting our industry and the people we serve shall have our informed and vigorous support.
We hold inviolate the free enterprise system and the American way of life.
We pledge our support to our associates, to our local state and national associations and all industries concerned with the preservation of legitimate rights and freedoms.

I also agree that the HBASWM logos may only be used during the term of active membership.
